Our Commitment and Mission Statement

Our Commitment

We are a Lichfield family business providing local services for the people of Lichfield, Tamworth and the surrounding areas.

We believe that you and your loved one are the most important part of our jobs. We understand that each family has different requirements, and each family is expecting a professional, personal and dignified funeral service.

Our Mission Statement

“To maintain our family values by providing a service to others that we would expect to be given ourselves. We want to exceed our clients’ expectations; this means providing a service that is professional, empathetic, caring, discreet and honest.”

How we can help

We consistently aim to create an industry-leading reputation for the quality and dignity of our funeral services. We personally pay meticulous attention to each detail, right from the first moment of contact with your family. We are proud to offer a comprehensive range of services, dealing with everything from funeral arrangements to pre-arranged funeral plans. Our pre-arranged plans are ideal if you wish to arrange and cover the cost of your funeral in advance. You can rest assured your wishes and preferences will be respected. This also means much of the strain is taken away from your loved ones when the time comes.

We are proud to offer bespoke funeral services tailored directly in line with your requests as our client. We are only happy when you are truly content with the service we have provided, and we are passionate about arranging dignified funerals in which the wishes of the deceased are wholly respected, and the right choice in music, hymns, readings and other factors are made. We always aim to meet and even beat expectations, providing the highest quality of service we possibly can.
